We were founded on the belief that the Kingdom's next chapter would be written by patient owners, not transactional ones. The companies we hold today should still be operating, employing, and contributing to Saudi Arabia thirty years from now under our roof or another.

A legacy of leadership and innovation
Mandeil Abdullah Nahar al Mandeil
Over four decades of experience in government, law, international business, and strategic consulting.
Mandeil Abdullah Nahar al Mandeil's career spans more than four decades of distinguished public service and enterprise. It began at the Ministry of Interior, where he shaped early strategic frameworks in manpower planning and national security, and continued through the Saudi Educational Mission to the United States and senior roles at the Saudi American Bank.
As an entrepreneur, he founded and built ventures across supply chains, industry, and education, from Zaff International to the International School of Knowledge. Today, as founder of Faz Holding, he brings that experience to bear on the group's investments and partnerships.
